Our barbecue chicken is prepared by rubbing the birds with a blend of chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper. We then smoke them for approximately 2 hours. Our BBQ chicken is moist and tender and retains a flavorful, smoky taste. It is served with Smokehouse sauce; however, it occasionally is requested with North Carolina sauce.Note - Because we smoke our meats over hickory wood the meat will look pink, due to colorization from the hickory smoke
